The students of the Department of Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), RUET, have continued to demonstrate their entrepreneurial excellence through outstanding performances in national startup competitions. Talha Jubayer, Arnab Acharjee, Md Hasin Abrar Soumik achieved remarkable success with their startup MediRide, securing the 2nd Runner-up position at OmniStart 1.0, a national startup competition organized by Kaizen SUST, and winning the Champion title at the Social Impact Championship Award 2026, organized by MWABIZ. At OmniStart 1.0, MediRide advanced through three competitive rounds before earning the 2nd Runner-up position among startups from across the country. The startup further showcased its potential by winning the Social Impact Championship Award, where it was recognized for its positive impact on society and its innovative approach to addressing real-world challenges. These achievements highlight the department’s commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and socially impactful solutions. They also reflect the creativity, dedication, and leadership of our students, further strengthening RUET IPE’s reputation for excellence in the national startup ecosystem.
