Director of research & extension is an important administrative position for the research and outreach of the campus. Director is appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the university. He/she is responsible for the management of research, innovation, publications, research planning, implementation, research related activities and communication with public and private sectors and also other responsibilities assigned by the Vice-Chancellor to enhance the research area.
